What started as a local effort has grown into something bigger—
an athlete-first movement rooted in access, development, and opportunity.
We saw the gap.
Girls with talent—without resources.
Leaders—without platforms.
Athletes—without pathways.
So we built one.
Today, HER is US is creating real opportunities for girls to step into sport, develop with purpose, and compete at the next level.
Through coaching, mentorship, and community-driven programming, we’re not just building confidence—
we’re building athletes, leaders, and futures.
We exist for:
The girl ready for more.
The family looking for opportunity.
The athlete who refuses to be overlooked.
This is more than a nonprofit.
This is infrastructure.
