 The HER is US Athlete-First Invitational was built around one guiding principle:

Put the athlete first.

Every detail of the weekend — from competition and mentorship to exposure and community engagement — is intentionally designed to elevate the experience for young female athletes.

More than 1,400 youth athletes will participate in this first-of-its-kind weekend, with entry intentionally kept low-cost or free so that access — not financial barriers — determines who gets the opportunity to compete.
